Operate and maintain lab equipment with rigorous adherence to cleanliness standards. Assess the compatibility of blood and blood products for transfusions. Maintain accurate records and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive patient information. Collaborate with other medical professionals to discuss patient diagnoses and treatment plans. Stay current with advancements in blood bank technology and regular continuing education. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and safety standards. Proficiency in handling and analyzing biological specimens. Strong technical skills, including experience with automated and manual testing systems.
