As a Warehouse Manager for the night shift, you will oversee and ensure the smooth operation of our warehouse activities during nighttime hours, focusing on efficiency and safety while maintaining the highest standards of service. Your role is pivotal in managing the night team to meet shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution of our vast product range. Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in shipping, receiving, storing, and testing of products during the night shift. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations. Optimize operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs. Implement safety standards and procedures to ensure a safe work environment. Conduct performance evaluations and provide training and support to staff. Collaborate with other departmental managers to optimize logistics and warehouse strategies. Manage inventory accuracy through monitoring of daily warehouse activities, cycle counts, and audits.
