Job Description Job Description Maintenance Technicians Needed in the EAST COUNTY! The Apartment Maintenance Technician assists in the maintenance repairs necessary to maintain the property’s overall quality. Apartment Maintenance Technicians role: Regularly inspect all apartment units, buildings and common areas Maintenance technicians will ensure all service requests, callbacks, and/or work orders are performed properly and promptly. Diagnose and solve maintenance issues in the apartment homes, exterior and common areas ranging from plumbing, electrical, general carpentry, HVAC, appliances and pools Maintenance Technicians qualifications: Medium to heavy work, requiring prolonged or repeated standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching and lifting to a maximum of 50 lbs. Friendly personality and dedication to helping others when responding to our resident’s requests. Strong time management and organizational skills. · Maintenance Technicians must be able to work inside and outside, work in all types of weather. *Note: All candidates will be background screened and must be eligible to work in the United States.
