Folding & inserting them into various envelopes on large class inserter machines and perform other mail room functions throughout the day in a fast-paced environment to meet a very sensitive time schedule. This individual will need to verify print jobs based on the documentation received, print, insert, postage stamp and communication completion within a very defined time frame. We are a 24/7 365 operation working with sensitive Healthcare information. Job Duties: • Adhere to strict turnaround times • Work efficiently on the computer using general Microsoft programs • Work with multiple large production printers at a time, clear jams, keep stock filled • Work with large production inserters, be comfortable working with the mechanics of the machine • Work well with others, to keep an enjoyable workplace • Be open to changes within the workplace Industry: Healthcare Estimated Start Date: 07/07/2025 Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.
