Responsibilities:

--- Complete legal research and prepare motions, pleadings, and briefs
--- Perform initial consultations to evaluate and advise prospective clients
--- Give legal advice to clients throughout the bankruptcy process
--- Attend hearings

Qualifications:

--- Must be able to handle heavy caseload with little supervision
--- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is necessary
--- Decision-making, public speaking, problem-solving, interpersonal skills, and communication skills are a must
--- Experience in bankruptcy law is a big plus, though not required
