Other duties as assigned.Essential Responsibilities Include but Not Limited ToAll employees are responsible for food safety and are expected to notify the appropriate manager, supervisor, or key personnel if they witness any compromise to food safety or food quality.Proper allocation of payments received via checks, efts, ach and credit cards.Run credit card payments.Reconcile government payments and apply payments accordingly.Scan invoices to ERP systems.Collection and reconciliation of customer aging accounts.Submitting invoices to various customer platformsWorks with sales staff on past dues or issues on accountsCustomer set up in ERP system.Customer service skills a mustExcel and Word skills a must--Peripheral Duties:-- Customer service skills a mustOther duties as might be assigned/requiredQualificationsRequired Skills and ExperienceQuickBooks, Excel and Word skills a mustStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to prioritize and meet deadlinesAttentive to detailPreferred Skills and ExperienceExperience with Microsoft Dynamics GPAccounting Certificate OR 2-year Associates DegreeHear from Charlie's employeesSupplemental InformationThis employer participates in E-Verify and will provide the Social Security Administration and if necessary, the Department of Homeland Security with information from each new employee's Form I-9 to confirm work authorization.Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
