leadership of cross-functional design teams consisting of Systems, Software,
Hardware and Test engineers.-----Advanced knowledge of TCAS and
Transponder products and development lifecycle-----Experience with the FAA certification
process for avionics-----Experience in working with aircraft
manufacturers such as Boeing, Airbus, Dassault, etc-----Experience with Agile development
processes-----Experience in working with industry teams
to define ARINC and RTCA MOPS specifications-----Individuals that quickly analyze,
incorporate and apply new information and concepts-----Leadership of diverse and global teams-----Expert with systems development
processes-------Individuals who are self-motivated and
