That's what makes us Roche.As a Supplier Quality Partner, you are a part of a global, multicultural and dynamic team who focuses on supporting its partners (mainly Procurement and Operations) for all supplier-related quality topics. Our vision is proactive quality, ensuring efficient support and avoiding issues before they arise. With the support of the team, you will be responsible for our biologics and chemical related suppliers within the Diagnostics Division. As a Supplier Quality Partner, you are a team player, systems thinker, driven by "We" rather than "I" and are accountable and actively engaged to achieve our common goals.The Opportunity - You negotiate Supplier Quality Agreements with the key suppliers of Roche products and thereby ensure a good long-term cooperation as well as stable product quality together with the suppliers.
- You support internal partners like Procurement, R&D Operations and Network Quality for all supplier related quality topics. You partner with them for communication with the suppliers on quality related issues.
- You manage supplier related Non-Conformities and draw successful conclusions. You address other gaps with suppliers through the tracking of robust corrective action plans in a timely manner.
- You manage supplier onboarding activities and supplier performance.
- You support our Global Audit Team in the supplier audit preparation and help suppliers to improve their quality by guiding them to resolve quality issues (NCs/SCARs).
- You negotiate (QAAs) Quality Assurance Agreements with suppliers.Who You Are
- You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences or Engineering
- You have 2+ years of experience in a similar position in the MedTech environmentPreferred
