Provide--leadership--to team of--commercial finance--professionals and/or managers to make--strategic finance--decisions within the DOEM CBT in Defense & Space business. You will have an opportunity to participate to design and--drive--financial--landscape, speed, quality and cost efficiency thru budgeting, forecasting,--financial analysis, and reporting. You will play a key role in managing--financial--performance--and implementing key finance strategies to achieve committed--business--performance. You will also identify trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings to the--senior management. Key Responsibilities Partner with Sales &--Customer Service Team management Communicate--w/ Customers Review policy deviations Set up credit standards Evaluate Credit Decisions Partner w/ Sr.--Leadership Drive--Dispute Resolution Push standardization. Review and analyze business results. Develop business plans and assist with execution/implementation. YOU MUST HAVE Bachelor's degree in--business--or finance 10+ years of progressive finance experience -- WE VALUE Strategic thinking/creativity w/--business--solutions High degree of accuracy and attention to detail Strong communication skills for influence and negotiation Strong problem solving & analytical skills Experience with customer relationship management Knowledge of global/regional credit-related laws Experience in cross-functional environments and interaction Technology &--Business--savvy --Additional Information
