Are you ready to help us make the future? Work with a cross functional team of development professionals to manage specific portions of the Honeywell Anthem avionics program. As a senior leadership member of the SBU, you work autonomously to achieve organizational objectives and execution of scope, schedule, cost, delivery, and quality while demonstrating mastery of program management skills and broad management expertise across various disciplines and across the SBU. You will be accountable to lead a large component of a complex, global development program that spans several major domestic and worldwide locations, requiring coordination of technology development and production across locations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ---------------- Drive on time execution ---------------- Drive long-term program and strategic plan ---------------- Has authority, is accountable for program execution ---------------- Understand and manage budget/schedule to AOP/STRAP and customer commitments ---------------- Earned Value Management ---------------- Risk Management ---------------- Influence & Collaborate within multiple disciplines and levels of the organization ---------------- Resolve complex issues ---------------- Establish communications including at a senior leadership level ---------------- Influence decisions at all levels ---------------- Provide guidance/coaching to lower level program managers and counterparts ---------------- Clarify key issues & actions U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization.YOU MUST HAVE ---------------- 10+ years' experience and expertise in program management of large, complex software programs WE VALUE ---------------- BS/BA in engineering or business; Master's degree preferred ---------------- PMP certification ---------------- Experience in Aerospace ---------------- Experience with both Agile and Traditional development models ---------------- Has authority, is accountable for program excellence ---------------- Principles and Processes development & improvements ---------------- Financial performance to AOP and STRAP ---------------- Expert in Earned Value Management ---------------- Risk Management -Identification & Mitigation ---------------- Communicaton at all levels of organization on reporting/reviewsAdditional Information
