and skills needed to drive--business growth. - Anthem Functional ownership:--The Connectivity and Maintenance Systems for
the Anthem program are designed to be the gateway to transmit and receive aircraft data in a cyber secured way. This includes interfacing with other Anthem engineering development teams, Hardware team, Certification, Connected and security orgs. - Responsible
for--coordination--across engineering IPTs systems, software, and--hardware - Responsible for all phases of product and platform lifecycle
(design,--development,--integration, test, certification,--production, in-service)As a people leader you will focus on Honeywell's five pillars of a successful leader: - Burning Platform:--Demonstration of developing and delivering a

- Minimum 3 years of management experience
- 15 plus years of Aerospace Industry experience
- US citizenship or resident Alien statusWE VALUE
- Experience in the aircraft environment
- Experience with aircraft electronic systems software and--hardware.--
- Knowledge of--software development methods--and practices.----
- Ability to lead and--influence--both directly and in a matrix environment
- Ability to Communicate up, down, and across within an organization and across organizational boundaries
