This crane rental and leasing company is looking for an all around administrative support person.Someone who can handle sensitive documents and not discuss the results with other personnel. Will handle COD's: lien waivers; OCIP set up and tracking; process new hires, background checks; contracts; driver files, driver logs, insurance certificates, FedX, order office supplies, pre-qualifications; training docs; a/p, employee certifications. Required: a minimum of 2 years from a construction company, intermediate to advanced word and excel skills, great attendance and reliability, sense of urgency and ability to pick up quickly.
