We're looking for motivated, friendly, and knowledgeable folks to join our team. If you want to be part of a growing team with a great culture that provides lucrative earning potential, this is the place for you!Compensation & BenefitsOn Target Earnings: $80,000-120,000Health (with a fully company-paid option), dental, vision, and life insurance401(k) coming in 20241 week PTO6 Paid Holidays + 1 Floating Holiday in your birthday monthCompany vehicle and gas cardCompany-paid cell phone and tabletResponsibilitiesRespond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergenciesInstall, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in residential structures.Ensure all paperwork needed for each job is accurately filled out - keeping accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed, and materials usedPerform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systemsProvide necessary support to other team members to be able to complete tasks on timeBuild and maintain professional and collaborative relationships with both leadership and peersCollaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other team membersRequirements2+ years of residential plumbing experienceWillingness to undergo background and drug tests in accordance with state and federal lawValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to regularly lift 100 lbs. throughout the course of the workdaySchedule: M-F, every other Saturday. 7 AM - 5 PM.
