We are looking for a skilled Handyman to join our team! In this role, you will perform light commercial and punch maintenance work that may include drywall, insulating, painting, light electrical or plumbing, demo of buildings, floors, or cleanup..
You are hard-working, a team player, and dedicated to performing quality work in all that you do. Significant past experience as a professional maintenance worker is highly preferred and a positive attitude is a must!
Responsibilities:
Report to project supervisor, provide hand tools as necessary or use company issued
own transportation
reliable
willing to learn new trades or tasks
Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a handyman / general maintenance
Knowledge of job site safety rules and regulations (OSHA)
Knowledge of methods, tools, and equipment used in carpentry
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Must be qualified to perform at heights above thirty (30) feet with the use of a ladder, lift, or bucket truck boom
