Insurance Senior Claims Adjuster- Workers Comp Tempe, AZInvestigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve workers compensation claims involving moderate to high complexities and exposures, within authority limits and in accordance with jurisdictional requirements.* Manage moderate to high exposure workers comp claims including investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and disposition.* Manage medical ancillary programs and external counsel to ensure compliance with strategy, budgets, and outcomes.* Deliver status reports to management and insureds.* Ensure claim handling guidelines, best practices, regulatory requirements, and special claim handling instructions are followed.* Support training, developing and coaching of less experienced staff.Requires experience handling California Workers' compensation claims.Generous compensation and end of year bonus.
