• We have an opening for full-time Manufacturing Cleanroom Technician positions.
• Location: 24416 N 19th Ave, Phoenix AZ 85085
• Schedule: F/T: Monday through Friday, and some Saturday (depends on production) more details upon interview
• Requirement: Clean Room Experience (If you do not have cleanroom experience we will train you)

• Salary: $17-$22 an hourESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the quality system.
  • Ensure proper operations of all manufacturing equipment within the compounding, filling, and packaging areas.
  • Troubleshooting and repair of minor mechanical problems.
  • Perform equipment set-up and change-over for scheduled production.
  • Utilize specialized equipment for in-process testing such as scales, PH meters, oxygen meters, dissolved oxygen meters, and filter integrity testing.
  • Perform basic arithmetic calculations including calculations for gross, net, and total weights. Calculations for percentages and ratios will be needed.
  • Auto or hand case packing/tray wrapping and pallet stacking of all products, ensuring proper operation of packing equipment.
  • Perform outgoing inspection per batch record requirements.
  • Maintain a clean work environment following aseptic technique. Follow ISO 7 and ISO 5 gowning requirements.
  • Accurately document production processes in the batch record following Good Documentation Practices; reviewing batch records for completeness and accuracy.Compensation details: 17-22 Hourly Wage
