Job Title: Flooring Superintendent

Job Summary: As the Superintendent of the Flooring Division, you will be responsible for managing and supervising all flooring projects from start to finish. You will work closely with our clients, project managers, and flooring technicians to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your expertise in flooring installation techniques, materials, and safety protocols will be essential in leading and coordinating our flooring operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise flooring projects from start to finish.
• Collaborate with project managers to establish objectives and timelines.
• Coordinate flooring installations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Ensure quality standards and safety protocols are met.
• Manage resources, including technicians and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays.
• Foster a culture of safety and provide training to the team.
• Maintain client relationships and resolve any concerns.
• Stay updated on industry trends and techniques. Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Superintendent in the flooring industry.
  • Strong knowledge of flooring materials and installation methods.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software/tools.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
  • Relevant certifications and licenses (e.g., OSHA, flooring installation certifications) are preferred.
