• Conduct the initial drafting and/or review of certain loan documents and agreements, and in other instances serve as a liaison between outside counsel and clients in drafting and negotiating loan documents.
• Works closely with loan and credit officers within the Warehouse Lending Group to ensure lending transactions are documented efficiently and in accordance with credit approvals.What you need to have:
  • --- Required Education: High school diploma
  • --- Desired Education: paralegal training or certificate
  • --- 10+ years of experience in mortgage warehouse or other secured lending environment
  • --- Intermediate to strong knowledge of general banking operations, including loan processing and boarding, deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services
  • --- Intermediate to strong knowledge of secured lending transactions, and loan documentation process
  • --- Intermediate to strong knowledge of mortgage lending rules and regulations, industry standards and practices
