BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Director of Clinical Education. Clinical Educators at BAYADA are Registered Nurses, Physical Therapists, Speech Therapist or Occupational Therapists assisting field and office staff in delivering exceptional client service and quality clinical care while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. You will be accountable for evaluating and developing clinicians and field staff, focus on the clinical competency of your team as well as creating a warm, organized, and welcoming office grounded in customer service. You will set the tone for your team's success. Qualifications: - RN, PT, SLP or OT license required.
- A bachelor's degree is a must.
- 6 years management experience strongly preferred.
- Minimum two years recent and verifiable clinical experience within a Medicare Certified Home Health office.
- Knowledge of OASIS, Home Care Home Base, and Home Health/Medicare rules and regulations
- Prior Clinical Educator and Preceptor experience strongly preferred:
- Experience with staff orientation, onboarding, clinical chart review, utilization review reporting, and quality improvement.
- Strong assessment and organizational skills
- Tech Savvy: ability to facilitate instruction using computer software and tablets.
- Ability to navigate different learning styles and implement plans accordingly.
- Enjoys in-person interactions with clients and clinicians.
- Demonstrated successful track record of working independently while taking on increased or diverse responsibilities.
- Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position.
- Exceptional interpersonal savvy, business acumen, and communication skills.
- Flexible and adaptable team player.
- This position requires at least 75% of travel in between AZ, CO, and NV. Benefits:
