Oilfield Equipment Operator Location:  Prudhoe Bay, AK Pay Rate:  $24 - $26/hour Employment Type:  W2 Contract - 12 Months Shift:  Rotational - 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Oilfield Equipment Operator  to deliver safe, efficient, and reliable services in a high-demand oilfield environment. This role involves preparing equipment, ensuring operational readiness, and maintaining strict safety standards while supporting field and maintenance crews. Key Responsibilities Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time. Participate in pre-job and toolbox meetings with crew members. Maintain equipment in safe working order and report any issues promptly. Prepare equipment for rig-up and rig-down operations. Operate equipment according to competency level and job requirements. Comply with HSE policies and wear required PPE. Maintain required safety training and certifications. Requirements Previous experience in oilfield operations  or a similar environment.
