Provide continuous monitoring and care to patients in the Cardiac Step Down unit. Administer medications, document patient progress, and respond promptly to emergencies. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to formulate, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Educate patients and their families on post-hospital care, emphasizing cardiac health and overall wellness. Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to departmental initiatives aimed at improving patient outcomes.
