Pay Information $59 per hour About The Position Summary: Ref : C-RNS-8867278 Profession: Registered Nurse Supervisor Job Type: Contract/Non-Travel Location: Gardendale, AL Start Date: ASAP Duration: 7 weeks Schedule:, 03:00 PM-11:30 PM Rate: Local: $2,360/40-hours Requirements: Valid and active Registered Nurse State license Previous leadership experience BLS certification Responsibilities: Lead and guide nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, in following policies and procedures. Coordinate patient care, including assessments, treatments, and documentation, and adjust care plans as needed. Assist in staffing and scheduling for efficient patient care. Mentor and provide ongoing education to enhance staff skills and knowledge. Ensure compliance with regulations, infection control, and quality assurance. Foster open communication with healthcare team members and resolve issues promptly. Advocate for patient-centered care, addressing patient concerns. Respond to medical emergencies following established protocols. Maintain accurate electronic health record documentation.
