Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations concerning safety, operations, and transportation. Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance. Plan routes effectively to guarantee timely deliveries. Fill up on fuel, clean truck, and maintain logs of working hours or of any vehicle repairs.
