The Project Coordinator I provides a variety of administrative support to a projectAssists and supports Project Managers(s), or other senior Project Coordinators as requiredThe Project Coordinator I is an entry level Coordinator position in support to the Project Management teamThe Project Coordinator I works under the supervision and direction of Senior Project Coordinators, Senior Project Analysts, and the Project ManagerESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: --- Manage simple Bill of Materials, and track materials through receipt.
--- Prepares, submits, and tracks Work Orders for simple manufacturing jobs--- Develop Bill of Materials (BOM) using required drawings and/or Statements of Work (SOW) for simple projects.
--- Adheres to company policies and procedures in preparing, collecting, recording, and maintaining project data.
--- Prepare professional correspondence to vendors, and customers as required--- Perform inventory control activities by coordinating with Property Department--- Supports team leadership in accomplishing their duties and responsibilities.
--- Ability to maintain calendar and schedule appointments and/or conference rooms.
--- Set-up and clean-up for events and meetings.
--- Responsible for general administrative duties, such as: filing, scanning, photocopying, typing, and data entrySUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This job has no supervisory responsibilitiesThis position has the responsibility and authority to carry out assigned tasksKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES: --- Basic computer skills; specifically using Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn additional computer skills or software programs.
--- Ability to enter data accurately into databases.
--- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
--- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
--- Interpersonal skills to work effectively and cooperatively with all levels of management and staffWill also routinely interact with external stakeholders such as customers, vendors, suppliers, shipping companies, etcMust represent Yulista Integrated Solutions, LLC in a professional manner at all times.
--- Must be trustworthy - will handle confidential information routinely.
--- Effective communication skills to effectively and clearly communicate complex information to others as well as to present information in front of a group.
--- Professional customer service skills, including active listening, prompt service and follow-up.
--- Ability to learn and understand corporate policies and procedures and how they relate to Yulista Aviation, Inc.'s goals--- Strong problem solving skills; ability to draw conclusions and make recommendations for problem resolution.
--- Ability to perform basic mathematical computations.
--- High degree of self-motivation and the ability to work independently as well a multi-taskQUALIFICATIONS: --- High school diploma or equivalent.
--- 1 year of task related work experience
--- Ability to pass a drug and background screening.
--- Must be able to obtain a government security clearanceWORKING ENVIRONMENT
