Talent Acquisition is responsible for assisting the Talent Acquisition Team with attracting candidates, evaluating resumes, scheduling and conducting initial interviewsWhat your day will look like: Work efficiently and effectively to fill open positions and collaborate as part of the team to achieve fulfillment goals Source candidates by using databases and social media Create recruiting campaigns Evaluate and screen resumes, cover letters and applications Use assignments to assess candidates
skills Conduct initial interviews using MS Teams or in person Maintain a complete record of interviews Attend job fairs and careers events Performs appropriate duties as assigned by managementWhat you need to succeed: Minimum of 18 years old Valid driver s license required and obligation to maintain compliance with UNITED fleet policy Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by position and compliance with UNITED safety policies One-year certificate from college or technical school; or 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Regular and prompt attendance is an essential function of the job Ability to read, write and speak English Ability to maintain a neat professional appearance within Company guidelines Ability to maintain safety and security of Company assets Ability to utilize all Company provided resources and technology Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication skills Ability to work with cross functional teams Applicant Tracking System Knowledge Microsoft Office Suite experience preferred Ability to maintain confidentiality and build trusting relationships Ability to meet deadlines Frequent sitting, typing, and keying Ability to demonstrate adaptability, customer service, initiative, interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills Solid knowledge of HR policies and best practices Hands on experience with various selection processes like phone interviews Ability to conduct different types of interviews (e.g. structured, competency based and behavioral) Ability to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment Strong commitment to continuous improvement CCBCU is an Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled.
