Our client is currently seeking a Production Supervisor for a Fortune 500 manufacturing company near the Atlanta, Georgia area.This job will have the following responsibilities:Lead, develop and supervise a teamOversee the daily activities of operators by prioritizing activities and coordinating materials, labor, and equipment for daily production.Maintain and update daily production records and progress reports.Assign work ensuring it is completed safely with established safety procedures.Utilize good management practices to exceed production and customer expectations.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor's degree is preferred or additional experience in lieu of a degree will be consideredFormal Lean/Continuous Improvement experience (5s/Six Sigma/ Kaizen).3+ years of HIGH SPEED manufacturing supervision experienceExperience leading teams of 10 or moreAny Liquid or dry fill experience is a plus.Excellent benefits, annual bonus and advancement opportunities with this company!UI881127 More...
