Responsibilities:
--- Make outbound calls to the customer/client
--- Identify Customer/Client Needs And Provide Solutions
--- Provide Excellent Customer Service and Customer Relations
--- Build, maintain, and manage customers' accounts
--- Reply to incoming calls from customers including product and service questions, general information, and complaints
--- Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction
--- Make sure each customer's complaint is addressed with care and precision to achieve full customer satisfaction
--- Keep track of customer accounts and make updates with new account information as necessary
--- Regularly meet with sales lead to receive the newest service and product knowledge

Qualifications:
--- One year or more of customer service and sales experience (recommended)
--- Reliable Transportation
--- Laptop and/or iPad
--- High-Speed Internet
--- Quiet Work Space
--- Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
--- High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
--- Previous work in a customer-facing position
