Description:As Quality Assurance Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Quality Assurance and Sanitation, managing a team of professionals including the Quality Assurance Manager and Sanitation Manager.Oversee and direct all operations of the Quality Assurance and Sanitation Departments.Ensure appropriate staffing and training in all quality areas to meet food safety and quality expectations.Act as the primary point of contact for resolving customer quality issues.Drive continuous improvement and implement corrective actions for product quality incidents.Assist in managing the Food Safety (HACCP/HARPC) Program and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.Manage the budget for the Quality Assurance and Sanitation Department at our location.Provide backup support for the Food Safety Manager and Manager of Quality Assurance when needed.Lead on-site quality audits and serve as the main technical contact for customers and corporate offices.Requirements/Skills:Minimum of a B.S. Degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
