*Job Description:*We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, be highly organized, and possess excellent analytical skills. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial transactions and ensuring accuracy and compliance in all accounting processes.*Key Responsibilities:** Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.* Prepare and post journal entries accurately and timely.* Perform accruals and ensure expenses are recorded in the appropriate accounting period.* Conduct monthly account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.* Assist in month-end and year-end close processes.* Analyze financial statements for discrepancies and other issues.* Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial transactions are properly recorded.* Participate in financial audits and provide necessary documentation and support.*Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.* CPA certification is preferred.* Years of experience in accounting or related field.* Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.* Strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Job Type: Full-timePay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hourSchedule:* 8 hour shift* Monday to FridayWork Location: In personby Jobble More...
