We are in need of a Receptionist for our Hartford Ford dealership. Under the direction of the Office Manager, the Receptionist will own the job duties listed below:

Responsibilities

• Routes incoming calls, takes messages, and provides basic information to all callers
• Greets customers
• Receives money and keeps a log for deposit
• Types memos, correspondence, reports and other documents
• Assists with clerical duties as requested Requirements
  • Must have evening availability
  • Must be able to work every other Saturday
  • Auto dealership experience preferred but not required
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
  • Detail-Oriented
