We are looking for someone who is smart, dependable, driven and have a strong interest in Data Entry. <br>&nbsp;<br>RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES INCLUDE: <br>Responsible for processing and generating rep letters for returned mail. Speak with reps and performing change of representative and change of broker dealer. Research and resolve errors associated with processing daily CDP files. Generate new account welcome letters to clients and representatives. Update Client accounts based on information received from representatives and clients. Make changes to clients name and address based on forms received via mail and AWD.<br>&nbsp;<br>POSTION REQUIREMENTS<br>&bull; Excellent Customer Service <br>&bull; Excel skills working with formulas desired. <br>&bull; Excellent computer and typing skills <br>&bull; Simultaneously work multiple screens at one time. <br>&bull; Availability to work different shifts between the hours of 7:00 A.M to 8 P.M.
