Our Customer Service Department supports our banking customers. Must have at least 2 years experience and is ideal for those with Call Center experience. The position provides opportunities for personal and career growth. The contact center is open from 6am - 10pm, 7 days a week, You must have open availability to be considered for this position



QUALIFICATIONS

? Customer service focused

? Excellent verbal skills

? Skilled at evaluating complex issues

? Very good at multi-tasking while maintaining attention to detail

? Proficiency in various computer applications, as well as the ability to learn and master new systems and tools.

? Proficiency in a foreign language is a plus but is not required

? Experience in banking is preferred but not required

? Must have at least one year of experience in a call center
