We are hiring Outside Sales Representatives; we provide a comprehensive training program and a chance to grow your sales career.Job responsibilities and skills required for this position: Lead Generation: Identify potential customers in the areas you are assigned to. This involves researching neighborhoods, using demographic data, and creating a list of properties that may need roofing services. Door-to-Door Sales: Approach homeowners and businesses in your designated area to introduce your company's roofing services. Be prepared to explain the benefits, answer questions, and provide information about the company. Estimations and Proposals: Provide on-the-spot estimates and proposals for potential clients, including outlining the scope of work, materials to be used, and pricing. Carry relevant marketing materials and documents. Building Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with the people you meet. Building trust and rapport is crucial for success in door-to-door sales. Adaptability: Be prepared for a variety of responses, including rejections. The ability to handle rejection professionally and move on to the next potential customer is essential. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients, even after the sale has been made. Address any issues or concerns they may have throughout the roofing project.
