  • Monitoring mechanical intervention concentrations and functionality
  • Documenting results of CCP monitoring activities
  • Comprehension of animal handling guidelines
  • Communication with facility management and USDA
  • Ability to understand product cleanliness and adherence to food safety process and procedures
  • Understanding of Beef Export Verification requirements around cattle age determination and segregation methods
  • Understanding and executing pathogen sampling methods, completing a COC for each product sampled at the appropriate frequency
    -Required Qualifications
    • Must read, write and speak English
    • Must have good attendance
    • Must assist in the training of new employees
    • Must be able to hold employees accountable for their job performance
    • Must help in all emergency situations
    • Must conduct themselves in a professional manner -
