At Daystar, this interaction allows us to sow into the lives of our audience more frequently and not just by television alone. By utilizing all available social media platforms, the Bilingual YouTube Assistant operates collaboratively with the YouTube coordinator as the direct voice between Daystar/Daystar Espa--ol and our viewers, giving them the unique opportunity to maintain and foster excellent relationships and communication. If you are social media savvy, can communicate effectively in written English and Spanish, and the following describes you, you might just have the talent to be the next member of our team--- I'm ready---(Responsibilities) To develop and implement strategic plans to optimize Daystar's YouTube channel for growth and engagement. To create compelling and faith-centered content ideas for YouTube videos that resonate with our audience. To produce high-quality written content for video descriptions, titles, and tags, with a keen eye for SEO optimization. To work with the Marketing Team to ensure Daystar and Daystar Espa--ol goals are met. To monitor channel performance metrics and analytics to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities. To stay updated on YouTube algorithm changes and best practices to ensure maximum visibility and reach. To engage with viewers through comments and messages, fostering a sense of community and connection. To assist in the integration of YouTube content with other social media platforms to maximize exposure and impact. To provide bilingual support (Spanish and English) as needed for content creation and community engagement. An exceptional writer with proficient verbal communications skills in both English and Spanish. Able to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format. Familiar with social media platforms and trends, particularly as they relate to video content. A creative thinker with a track record of generating innovative ideas and solutions. Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work well under tight deadlines. Able to demonstrate poise, tact, and diplomacy. Capable of exhibiting a sense of urgency - with specific regard to monitoring, prioritizing, and responding in near real-time. Able to think creatively and strategically in all Social Media promotions. Prompt and can maintain satisfactory attendance, including timeliness. A life-long learner who keeps up with the latest trends and innovations in Social Media. I also bring with me (Qualifications) Experience with generating ideas and working under minimal supervision. Strong communication and customer service and support skills (required). A high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations (required). Proficiency in YouTube and social media platforms. Strong collaboration skills and experience working as a team player. A degree in marketing, public relations, or related field or a minimum of 2 years' experience in the area of Social Media (preferred). Physical Requirements Must be able to sit (& walk) at workstation for extended periods of time. Requires normal range of hearing and vision.
