A growing Northeastern Pennsylvania service and construction contractor has an immediate full-time opening for an enthusiastic and motivated Accountants Receivable. Duties include, but not limited to: - Minimum two years' experience in all facets of A/R with a particular strength in the preparation and coding of Service and Construction invoices with strong knowledge of how PA sales tax is applied. Familiarity with NY, NJ, and OH sales taxes a plus. - Effective oral and written communication skills are a must. Must be able to work in a team environment, open and adaptable to change. Will be working closely with the Service Manager. - Proficient in MS Office, specifically: Word, Excel, and Outlook and the ability to learn new accounting software. - Backup answering the phones, mail sorting, misc. filing, office supply ordering, etc--- - An accounting/business administration associates or bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required.
