Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-time/Part-time (every other weekend)
Responsibilities:

• Manage post-acute and rehabilitation patients, utilizing physical assessment skills and nursing principles.
  
• Evaluate resident conditions, gather data, and assist in developing resident care plans.
  
• Maintain electronic health records and document observations as required by regulations.
  
  Requirements:
  
  
  
  • Current State RN license.
    
  • Minimum 1 year experience in acute care, rehabilitation, or post-acute skilled care preferred.
    
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
    
  • ADA: Ability to perform physical tasks and possess visual and auditory skills.
