• Open, review, sort, index, interpret and classify incoming payments and deposits for processing, identify payment information and document types, ensure protected payment information is processed and provided to the intended party
• Scan incoming payment and deposit documents for processing utilizing high speed scanning equipment, perform quality inspection of scanned images in accordance with processing standards
• Sort, assemble, package and ship processed materials in accordance with customer requirements, follow procedures established by preferred delivery vendors
• Identify and secure sensitive protected information (medical and credit) in accordance with internal procedures and applicable regulations, document the destruction of sensitive documents at expiration of storage termQualificationsEducationHigh School Diploma or equivalent.
