_As a Resident Aide Personal Care Assistant for Lenape Valley Foundation, you would be assisting our residents in The BARN program. The BARN program is a licensed residence with therapeutic supports. You will follow a team model to assist up to 9 residents, with mental health challenges and minor personal care needs. Residents live in a large beautifully renovated barn, located in a park setting with walking trails!
