LTC LPN NEEDED - Wellsboro, PA1 LPN - 2 6-6am and 1 8 hr shift eve or nightsstart ASAP8 weeks* $49 per hour* $56 overtime rateResponsibilities:- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians- Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patient condition- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans- Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation- Adhere to infection control protocols and ensure a safe environment for patients- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding- Monitor and report any changes in patient behavior or conditionExperience:To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, critical care, geriatrics, urgent care, occupational health, behavioral health, dementia care, or health coaching is preferred- Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems such as Epic is a plus- Ability to lift and assist patients as neededRequirements:- Valid LPN license in [state]- CPR certification- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask- Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare teamWe offer competitive pay rates and comprehensive benefits packages for our employees.
