What you may not know is at The Cheesecake Factory Bakery, our staff members are our highest quality ingredient.As the The RTEF (Ready to Eat Foods) Production Worker, you will craft delicious RTEF products in our manufacturing facility for our mouthwatering cheesecakes and desserts.Youll thrive in this position if you are:A Team Player: you're a team player who shows respect for the views and contributions of others while building team spirit.Driven by Results: you're passionate and persistent about delivering timely, high quality results.Adaptable: youre at ease in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesRespectfully communicates with all co-workers.Pre-weighing and preparing raw baking ingredients.Combining dry and wet ingredients in industrial-sized mixers.Ensure product ingredients are mixed as the recipe specifies.Ensure product quality conforms to quality standards through the baking process.Ensure products are wrapped/bagged, and correct problems with machinery settings.Seal-out products with correct labeling for warehouse storage and shipping.Compliance with company-wide Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).Meet all federal and state regulatory requirements and adhere to our SQF programQualificationsHigh School diploma/GED or relevant work experience6 months prior experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Understanding of production procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices Teamwork and communication skills.Manufacturing or Food Handling industry knowledgeIndustrial Technical or Machinery experienceBasic hand tool and computer user interface knowledgeFood and Safety knowledgeSome knowledge of Shop Floor Data Collection SoftwarePhysical Demands and Work Environment:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
