Description:We are actively seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team and contribute to our continued growth in the Carolinas. As an integral part of our sales force, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence across North and South Carolina, as well as parts of Virginia, Eastern Tennessee, and Northeast Georgia. Additionally, the Outside Sales Representative will continually monitor industry trends to identify new and emerging markets, help strategize plans to expand such markets, and be a main point of contact for customers.Key Responsibilities:Cultivate relationships with existing and prospective clientsLead sales efforts in Charlotte, NC, as well as across North/South Carolina and the surrounding areas.Stay abreast of industry trends to identify growth opportunitiesCollaborate with our Sales Team to enhance marketing effortsParticipate in industry trade shows to showcase our offeringsRequirements:Must be able to travel within the broader Carolinas region, residing in close proximity to Charlotte, NCWilling to travel 50%-75% of the time (overnight stay required)Strong interpersonal and communication skillsSelf-motivated with minimal supervisionClean driving record and reliable transportationComfortable working remotelyPreferred Qualifications:2 years or more experience in the metal stamping and/or die build industriesExperience in outside industrial salesUltimate preferred qualification: Sales experience in the Stamping, Tool and Die, sectorCompensation:We offer competitive compensation that aligns with your experience, ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 annually.
