Your goal will be to troubleshoot and perform diagnostic activities regarding service equipment within established policies and procedures.*Your Role:** Maintain, troubleshoot and install oil and propane parts and equipment.* Troubleshoot and resolve problems that occur by reviewing diagnostics and using the proper tools to complete repairs.* Provide final inspections of systems once repairs are completed to ensure all equipment is operating safely.* Complete appropriate daily paperwork for each service call.* Maintain service truck parts inventory.* Ensure the service truck is in good working order and reliable.* Perform other duties as required to maintain and enhance departmental productivity.* Rotational on call shifts required.*Your Skills:** A solid mechanical aptitude.* Ability to work well with others; good organization and communication skills; attention to detail and strong customer service.* Frequent driving, climbing in and out of vehicle and working in confined spaces. Some heavy lifting.* Ability to install various types of heating equipment.* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and progress though the daily workload efficiently.* Strong decision-making skills*Your Experience:** A valid Propane or natural gas license.
