On behalf of our client, RSMC is recruiting for an *immediate need for Dental Front Desk Receptionist (Spanish Bilingual) in Kansas City, KS**Key Details:** Locations: *State Avenue, Kansas City, KS ** Compensation: *$18 - $22 per hour, depending on experience** Stress-free onboarding process*Dental Receptionist Responsibilities*:* Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice.* Scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments as needed.* Assisting patients to fill out information forms.* Preparing patients charts and daily schedules for the dental staff.* Updating patient records and documenting recent treatments and procedures.* Scheduling follow-up appointments and providing telephonic reminders.* Communicating with medical insurance providers to determine if patients are required to make co-payments.* Verifying methods of payment and collecting payments as needed.* Performing general office duties, such as answering telephones, photocopying, filing, and faxing.*Qualifications*:* High school diploma or GED* 5 years of experience* Proficient in dental practice management software (Eaglesoft)* Certification in office administration, medical administration, or related fields is advantageous* Proven experience working in a dental office* Sound knowledge of dental terminology* Working knowledge of general administrative practices* Good telephone etiquette* Exceptional organizational skills* Excellent customer service skills* *Spanish Bilingual IS A MUST*#IND123Job Types: Full-time, TemporaryPay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:* Flexible schedule* Health insuranceSchedule:* 8 hour shiftApplication Question(s):* Must be willing to work in Kansas City, KSExperience:* Dental receptionist: 3 years (Preferred)* Eaglesoft: 1 year (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Kansas City, KS: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In personby Jobble More...
