Manage our HR technology as the point of contact for Workday strategy and support, contributing to our HR team's mission to attract and retain top talent! Position Responsibilities - Support and manage the design, configuration and performance of Uline's multi-module Workday application.
- Assist in Workday functions like business process and tenant configuration and upgrade evaluation.
- Act as escalation point for user-reported issues.
- Educate users on enhancement opportunities and process improvements through new functionality.
- Work closely with internal teams to identify requirements, design, configuration, testing and deployment of Workday functionality. Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2+ years of experience with support and module configuration in Workday.
- Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.
- Excellent analytical skills, proficient in Word, Excel and Access. Benefits
