Facility is looking for a Board Certified Anesthesiologist that hold an active, clean, Illinois license. Provider will be responsible for covering all bread and butter cases only, Monday through Friday, from 7-3pm. There will be no call required. Some supervision will be required from all physicians. Provider will be required to have a DEA. Located at the edge of the Shawnee National Forest.
