We have a career opportunity for a Continuous Learning Intern at our corporate location in Oakbrook, IL (or remotely) providing candidates with a unique opportunity to build their learning and development experience and leadership skills.The Continuous Learning Intern will support and drive Continuous Learning programs, including the implementation of our new Learning Management System (LMS), machine operator training development and program design. This position will also support a comprehensive training project in line with our continuous learning priorities.
Position Responsibilities:Assist with continuous learning analytics, including data collection, sharing insights and forming recommended action plansParticipate in the development of training content digitally to be integrated into the Learning Management SystemCommunicate with plant locations to gather information and build contentActively participate in building LMS processesAssist in implementing training programs to end usersSupport Continuous Learning project work, as assigned.Important details: this is a paid 4- or 8-month internship opportunity. This role is subject to normal business hours, working Monday through Friday.About You:You'll fit right in if you:Are enrolled in an undergraduate degree or postgraduate program in a related fieldAre able to work from for a full 4-month or 8-month term, beginning in May 2024Have exceptional proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPointHave a proven ability to afford a high attention to detail and maintain data integrityPossess highly effective communication skills, both verbal and writtenHave experience with a Learning Management System or Instructional DesignDemonstrate the ability to ask for help when needed, while taking steps to problem solve independently.
