Intake Customer Service RepresentativeCare IV Home Health, a locally owned and operated home health agency, seeks a full-time Intake Customer Service Representative. This is a full-time office-based role with excellent benefits located at our corporate headquarters in Little Rock, AR. As an Intake Customer Service Rep, you would report to our Intake Manager. This is a role that requires a great deal of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and solid computer skills. A friendly demeanor and the ability to multitask are also important. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:Three to five professional references that can attest to your skills and experience in a medical office setting.Recent experience working in a clinic or other professional medical office setting is required, with a minimum of one year of experience.A solid history of excellent customer service in an office setting.Excellent computer skills and a working knowledge of office machinery (computers, multi-line phones, fax machines, email, etc.) are essential.Knowledge of medical terminology is a must-have skill.Experience with patient intake and processing new patient referrals is preferred.Experience in a Home Health office is a plus but not required.As a healthcare provider in compliance with CMS guidelines & conditions of participation, we require a COVID-19 vaccine as a condition of employment (absent reasonable accommodations).Thank you for taking the time to read about our exciting opportunity for an Intake Customer Service Representative.
